Cone Fender
The Cone Fender is a modern marine fender designed with a conical shape to maximize energy absorption and minimize reaction force on both vessels and quay structures. With high durability and strong load-bearing capacity, Cone Fenders provide a safe and efficient berthing solution for ports with large tidal variations and heavy-duty applications.
Cone Fenders can achieve up to 52.5% deflection and are engineered to comply with international standards such as PIANC 2002, ensuring safety, stability, and long service life. Heights range from 300 mm to 3,000 mm, making them suitable for various vessel types and port operations such as cargo terminals, container berths, and oil & gas jetties.
For enhanced performance, Cone Fenders are equipped with anchor chains, U-bolts, and steel frontal panels, ensuring stability and reliability. When combined with other fender systems, Cone Fenders deliver maximum protection for vessels of different sizes.
