Introduction to Lambda Fenders
Lambda fenders, also known as V fenders or Arch fenders, are high-performance and versatile marine fenders. Developed using advanced engineering methods, Lambda fenders provide superior energy absorption while maintaining low reaction forces.
Compared to traditional V fenders, Lambda fenders offer 26% higher energy absorption with the same reaction force, making them ideal for ports requiring effective load and deflection management.
Lambda fenders can withstand up to 52.5% deflection, making them suitable for both small and large vessels. Their flexible design allows horizontal or vertical installation, depending on jetty structure. Built with durable and reliable materials, they ensure long service life even under harsh marine environments.
For maximum safety, Lambda fenders are typically anchored deep into concrete, ensuring stability. Their unique combination of high energy absorption and low reaction forces minimizes damage to both vessels and port infrastructure.
Nguyen Tai’s Lambda fenders are designed for customized installations with options such as chemical anchor bolts or mechanical bolts, helping ports optimize operations, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure long-term reliability.
