Rubber Ladder
Rubber ladders in ports are essential equipment that support port operations, especially for maintenance activities and safe boarding/disembarking when vessels dock. The ladder is designed to provide convenience and safety for port operations.
The rubber ladder consists of two parts: the main body fixed to the quay wall and the auxiliary body, which moves flexibly, making access easier and more convenient.
Safety is ensured by anchor bolts embedded deep into concrete and securely combined with reinforced steel, increasing the structural stability and safety of quays and ports.
When combined with marine fenders such as cone fenders, cell fenders, or Lambda fenders, the system enhances berthing capacity and ensures safety, suitable for various types of vessels.

Installation
Installing rubber ladders is simple and convenient. Anchor bolts (used to secure the main ladder to the quay surface) can be pre-embedded in concrete during construction or installed afterward using chemical bolts or Sika. Positioning bolts is usually supported by templates to ensure accuracy and compliance with port safety standards.
Rubber ladders can be easily installed with the support of cranes, boats, or other basic construction tools.
Rubber Ladder Quality
The quality of rubber ladders is guaranteed according to international standards such as PIANC, BV, or certified by reputable third-party inspection units such as TT3 (Quartest 3) Vietnam, SGS, etc. With a lifespan of 5–10 years (depending on port operation conditions), the product consistently meets energy absorption and compression resistance criteria.
The product comes with a warranty of 3 to 5 years, depending on specific port design requirements.
