Installation
Mooring bollards are designed for simple installation. The anchor bolts for mooring bollards can be pre-embedded during the concrete casting phase, or post-installed using chemical anchors (epoxy/sika).
To ensure precision and technical safety, bolt positioning is supported by templates, guaranteeing compliance with international standards.
The installation process is facilitated with cranes, barges, or other basic marine equipment.
Quality Assurance
The anchor bolts for mooring bollards comply with international standards such as PIANC, BV, or third-party inspections from TT3 (Quartest 3) Vietnam, SGS, etc.
With a service life of 50–100 years (depending on port operation conditions), the product guarantees performance in terms of energy absorption and compressive reaction force throughout its lifespan.
Warranty: 3–5 years, depending on project design requirements.
